Scope of Services
Raw Material Sourcing and Quality Control
Select fish oil suppliers whose raw materials meet the agreed specifications.
Verify EPA and DHA content and other relevant quality parameters.
Provide raw material Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and supporting quality documentation as required.
Formulation Confirmation and Manufacturing
Confirm the 18/12 fish oil specification and the fill weight per softgel.
Carry out softgel manufacturing, in-process quality control, and finished product testing.
Arrange batch production in accordance with the quality standards agreed by both parties.
Packaging and Labeling Services
Offer packaging options, including bottles and blister packs.
Work with the client to finalize label and packaging designs.
Review the information required for labeling and assist in checking it against the requirements of the target market.
Regulatory, Documentation, and Logistics Support
Provide COAs, product specifications, and supporting quality documents as agreed.
Assist the client in preparing the documentation required for export and customs clearance.
Coordinate shipping arrangements and monitor delivery progress.

Project Workflow

Stage 2: Specification and Sample Approval
Confirm the fish oil raw material specifications, oxidation limits, finished product standards, and any required sample testing.
Stage 3: Bulk Production
Schedule production of the 1,000,000-softgel order once the client has approved the formulation, packaging artwork, and quality standards.
Stage 4: Inspection and Delivery
