Once a production batch has been completed, the finished products undergo comprehensive quality testing to verify compliance with established specifications and regulatory requirements.
The finished product testing program includes many of the same analytical assessments performed on the raw materials, covering the following parameters:
1. Content Uniformity
2. Retesting of Raw Material Specifications
Confirmation of Identity
Potency Verification
Purity Assessment
Microbiological Testing
Heavy Metals Analysis
3. Microbiological Monitoring
4. Stability Testing
5. Manufacturing Quality Control
Upon successful completion of all quality tests, our Quality Assurance (QA) department reviews the results and issues a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the production batch.
The COA provides documented confirmation that the finished product meets all predefined quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
The COA is then submitted to the brand owner for review and approval.
Once the COA has been approved by the customer, the finished products are released for shipment and delivered to the designated distribution center or fulfillment facility.
